I understand and acknowledge that membership and participation in trail riding and other association activities are undertaken at my own risk and subject to association rules. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Harding Township / Green Village Bridle Path Association, its agents, volunteers, hosts, property owners, and employees from claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from participation.
