The Harding Township/Green Village Bridle Path Association's Second Annual Family Fun Show will be held at the Horse Show Grounds on Sand Spring Lane on Saturday July 21 with a rain date of July 22.

Riders of all ages are welcome. All classes and games can be ridden either English or Western. Protective headgear must be worn and a negative coggins must accompany entry. Show clothes are "optional". Dress comfortably and have fun!

Classes will be held in the morning beginning at 9:00 am and Horse Games will take place after the lunch break. We hope to repeat everyone's favorite Costume Class again this year!

Information will be available at local businesses and posted on our web site www.bridlepath.org or you can contact Dee Cameron at 732-382-3578.

Past proceeds for our shows have benefited various charities such as the Hooved Animal Humane Society, The Equine Science Center Of Excellence. We have also improved the Dressage Ring footing and plan to replace the gates on the two Show Rings at the Horse Show Grounds.

Come by to participate in the show or watch the fun!

On another note, we have encountered some recent difficulties with landscapers dumping yard waste on various sections of Bridle Trails. If a trail goes through or is adjacent to your property, please make sure that debris is kept off of the trails. If there are downed trees or other maintenance is required on trails, please let us know so we can have our volunteers assist in the clean-up. If you have any questions about location of trails or have any trail maintenance concerns, please contact Linda Halsey at 425-2299.

Thanks to all of our residents that continue to support the Bridle Path Association and the network of trails in town. We continue to maintain and enjoy the trails that add to the rural ambiance that is so important to Harding Township.
